We are currently recruiting the following position for the Corporation’s managed residential properties:


Technical Officer – Property / Assistant Technical Officer – Property (Ref: P18007)


Job Duties:

You will lead a team of multi-disciplinary Tradesmen to carry out installation, replacement and emergency repair works of building fabrics and building services systems for residential properties managed by the Corporation. You will also coordinate respective work units on work schedules and commissioning to ensure that all works are carried out in accordance with the corporate safety requirements. You will wear uniform and perform duties on irregular patterns of hours.


Job Requirements:

You should have a Diploma / Certificate in a related engineering discipline, preferably in Building Services and possess a Grade B Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker with at least 4 years’ experience in building services systems gained in both residential and commercial properties. Solid experience in electrical and air-conditioning systems, building services systems and contractors management is required.


Candidates with less experience will be considered for the Assistant Technical Officer-Property position.
